• Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur has limited delivery areas within 20km radius. If your address is not found within our delivery area, please Contact Us at +603-23329808
• To order online, registered customers must first login by keying in member email address and password.
• Mode of payment is by pre-payment only when ordering.
• The 60-minute Delivery Commitment starts from the time our Customer Service Centre contacts you (via phone or email) to verify your order.
• The last order is 6:00PM
• Customers below 18 years of age are not permitted to place online orders
• Delivery charges are RM3 for 0km – 10km, RM7.50 for 10km – 15km and RM12 for 15km – 20km from Traders Hotel with minimum order of RM 25
• Please REMEMBER to let us know of any allergies and / or special dietary requirements.”

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed for same day delivery order.
• Any amendment or cancellation of order must be notified at least one (01) hour prior to the scheduled delivery time at your discretion. Please call +603-2332 9808 to amend or cancellation at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. Any amendment or cancellation less than 1 hour will not be entertained.
• Should there be any ordered item(s) which are not available, the Hotel shall contact the Customer to offer alternatives or allow customer to opt for
  1. Accept alternative.
  2. Cancelling item(s) that is not available and refund partially.
  3. Cancelling the order and full refund at no cost.
