How to purchase (E-Voucher)
    Select the vouchers with the quantity you require and add to the cart
    For those who have never purchased or have registered on this website before, you are required to sign up for an account. For those who have registered before, you may proceed to login to your account.
    You can purchase e-vouchers for yourself or send as a gift for someone else. Each purchase will be sent to the email address of the recipient. Please provide us with the full email address of the recipient.
    Enter your payments details via PayPal secured online payment gateway to complete the purchase. Once it is successful you will be directed back to the website and you will be greeted with a message: ‘Thank you. Your purchase has been successful’.
    You will receive an email upon successful purchase of the e-voucher.

Frequently Asked Questions
    If you want to send part of your order to different email addresses, you will have to put these through as separate orders, as we don’t have the ability to split your orders.
    We do not have maximum limit per order.
    All orders can be emailed to an alternative email address but to residents residing in Malaysia only.
    Please check that the name and address on the order are the same name and address of your registered account with PayPal, if not your transaction will not be accepted.

Voucher Redemption
    To redeem the voucher:-
    1. For take-aways: please log in to www.tradersspecials.com to place your order online, for your food delivery service. Please note that delivery is within 10km radius from the hotel.
    2. For dine-ins: please first make reservation at the restaurant outlet of your choice at www.tradersspecials.com and then show the voucher to the restaurant personnel for them to scan the QR code for verification.
    The voucher’s validity must not have expired upon redemption.
    You can show the voucher via your email to our restaurant/outlet personnel.
    All outlets in Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur (Gobo Chit Chat, Gobo Upstairs Lounge & Grill, SkyBar, for both take-away and dine-in services.
    Validity date is as per voucher purchased

    No. Once a voucher is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded in any condition.
    The remaining unused value will be forfeited.
    You can use your Voucher to settle part of your bill. The outstanding balance can be paid by a Debit card, Credit card or Cash.
